I'm passionate about helping myself and others to be free as fully mature human beings.

I've had a wonderful life of a fine education, extensive world travel, rewarding career, and a loving family and friends. Yet how much better would my life have been if I had known sooner how to be intellectually, emotionally, socially, financially, sexually, and spiritually mature? How much better can life be now with some new found maturity? Better and better every day because -- as I've learned from the very dear Byron Katie -- no matter what life presents, I love what is. And from my very dear husband, Ken Normington, I've learned to begin the day by asking: "I wonder what wonderful things are going to happen today?"

For those who like background information: I have degrees from the University of Michigan (A.B. and M.S.W. from the Graduate School of Social Work) and from the University of California at Davis Law School (J.D.).

I have a family mediation practice in Petaluma, California -- primarily divorce and elder mediations.
